Our Promise to You

If your BaoZqua item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll urgently resolve it. For hygiene-critical aquarium products (filters/substrates/chemicals), we cannot accept returns after use to ensure every customer receives pristine, safe items.

When We Can Help

✓ Covered Immediately:

  • Damaged items (reported within 72 hours with evidence)
  • Defective products (e.g., equipment malfunction)
  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Natural failure of electronics within 12 months (proof of purchase required)

✓ Resolution Options:

  •  Priority Replacement: Most eco-friendly solution (if stocked)
  •  Partial/Full Refund: If replacement unavailable
  •  Warranty Service: For electronics (repair/replacement)

To Start a Claim:

②Include in your message:

  • Order #
  • Photos/video showing the issue
  • Short description of concern

③Our team will respond within 24 business hours

Important Considerations:

  • Aquarium hygiene integrity: Used/opened items (water treatments, filter media etc.) are non-returnable per U.S. health guidelines.
  • Electronics warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Does not include:
    • Damage from improper voltage/installation
    • Neglect or accidental damage
    • Normal wear & tear
  • Unused non-electronic items: May qualify for store credit at our discretion.
